Personal Safety & Social Responsibility An introduction to accident prevention and safety procedures including alarms and signals. It also covers your rights at work, employment conditions and work practices such as safe working, pollution prevention and relations with others on board.

Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting This Maritime Fire Fighter training course is part of the mandatory basic safety training for all seafarers with designated safety duties. It deals with the precautions needed to minimise the risk of fires, how fires are caused and how to extinguish them.

Elementary First Aid The aim of the Elementary First Aid course is to give all persons intending to go to sea a basic knowledge of the immediate action to be taken upon encountering an accident or other medical emergencies at sea.

This one day course meets the requirements laid down in Regulation VI/1, paragraph 1 and Section A-V1/1, paragraphs 3 and 4.2 of the STCW Convention and Code 1978 as amended

This course is approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency as meeting the requirements laid down in Regulation VI/1, paragraph 1 and Section A-V1/1, paragraphs 3 and 4.1 of the STCW Convention and Code 1978 as amended.

Personal Survival Techniques This Maritime Survival Techniques training course is part of the mandatory basic safety training for all seafarers. It provides essential basic knowledge of emergency situations and survival techniques.
